Cork Your career at Deutsche Brse Group Your area of work The Data Management Department are responsible for fund set up, updating and maintenance of static information. Opening and maintenance of accounts in the markets with the corresponding transfer agent. Full training will be provided. Your responsibilities Creation of fund identifiers for the Luxembourg market. Completing due diligence checks on Funds and Investment Managers. Completing fund set ups on our internal systems. Set up and maintenance of Transfer Agent information on our internal systems. Opening of accounts and Trading Chains in the markets. Completing AML/KYC due diligence for account openings. Completing project work with other members of the team. Responsible for dealing with client and transfer agent queries. Your profile Learning new systems. Willingness to learn. Taking on responsibility and risk awareness. Communication skills. Planning/Organisation skills. Problem solving skills. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Proficient with MS Office Outlook, Excel, Word and Access. Strong problem solver with good analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Proactive with the ability to work on own initiative.
