We are a food distribution company working with a variety of clients in a multi-state area. As a phone-based CSR, you will focus on assisting customers with a range of questions such as product questions, placing orders, assisting with processing credits, helping with identifying delivery dates/times for their location, answering billing questions, and even making outbound calls to existing customers to assist the Outside Sales team. Excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills are essential./ppHours: Sunday 8am-3:30pm, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm/ppWage: $17.50/ppJob Duties:/pulliTake incoming customer calls in a professional manner that portrays the company as friendly and helpful/liliResearch questions regarding credits and ensuring they are accurately logged and processed/liliLook into missing items from an order, conferring with other departments on it/liliAssisting with the plan to get them what they need in a timely manner, reviewing routes and delivery schedules/liliAssist in billing questions, asking the right questions to forward to the appropriate contact person for their situation/liliGain product knowledge to better assist customers and be able to suggest products/liliBecome familiar with assigned Multi-Unit accounts, regularly reviewing orders and identifying potential issues/liliMake outside calls as needed to assist the Outside Sales team/liliBe proficient and accurate with the order systems/liliOther duties as assigned including occasionally covering the front desk for lunches and time off/li/ulpKnowledge, Skills, and Ability:/pulliCustomer service orientation is required/liliCommunicate effectively and professionally via phone and email required/liliStrong computer skills are essential: Outlook/Excel/Word familiarity is desirable./liliAttention to detail and being process oriented is essential/liliPerform duties and stay on track with minimal direction/li/ulpEducation Experience:/pulliHigh school degree required, advanced education is preferred/lili2 years of administrative or sales experience is desired/li/ulpBenefits:/pulliImmediate: Eligible for Paid holidays/lili30 days: Eligible for employee pricing/lili60 days: Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance eligibility, Company Paid Life coverage, and 2 PTO days/lili90 days: 401k contribution eligibility/lili180 days: 2 PTO days/lili1 year: 401k matching eligibility, 8 PTO days, Company Paid Short-Term Disability/li/ulpCash-Wa Distributing is a strong, stable and financially smart company.
