Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and optimize resource utilization.
Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.
Enforce security best practices and compliance across all systems and pipelines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles.
Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Preferred Skills
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
Familiarity with security practices including DevSecOps methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
