Site Manager Hotel Development | Dublin 8 €75,000-€85,000 + Package An excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-spec hotel project in Dublin 8. This is a key role within a dynamic team, offering the chance to manage a fast-paced development from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to a high standard. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Monitor progress against program and report to senior management. Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on site. Oversee quality control, ensuring all work is completed to spec. Liaise with project stakeholders, design teams, and consultants as required. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Manager role, ideally on commercial or hotel developments. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively. Knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety standards.
