What You Will Lead Complex system design
from concept through production for custom assemblies Advanced mechanical layouts
that meet customer specs and manufacturing constraints Cross‑functional alignment
across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production Technical problem solving
for manufacturability, supply chain, and design challenges Review and approval
of drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation Design efficiency and standardization improvements
across the engineering function Mentorship
of Associate and Application Engineers Vendor collaboration
for specialized or non‑standard components Customer technical support
to clarify requirements and ensure solution alignment What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 5 to 8 years in application engineering, mechanical design, or manufacturing engineering Proven experience leading complex projects or major technical workstreams Strong background in
fluid systems, instrumentation, and assembly processes Advanced proficiency in
CAD (SolidWorks) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive alignment Strong business acumen related to cost, lead time, and operational impact Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects independently while escalating high‑risk issues appropriately
