The ideal candidate should be a senior-level developer who can contribute as a technical lead, drive a squad operationally, and provide implementation guidance to junior developers. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Salesforce platform technologies. Lead and mentor development teams while contributing hands-on to development activities. Drive squad-level technical delivery and support implementation best practices. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements. Provide architectural and implementation guidance to developers.
