Inside Sales Rep

Hire Up Staffing has partnered with a global supplier of electrical and lighting solutions to identify a dedicated Inside Sales Engineer in the North Houston area! We are currently seeking an energetic, passionate, and customer-focused individual who is excited to be part of the organization's and team's growth. The sales engineer will easily integrate regularly with other members of the sales team and colleagues from a range of departments, such as purchasing, production, and quality, as well as senior company managers. Organization skills and excellent telephone presence is a requirement.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of previous technical sales experience required
• Passion for sales and customer relationships
• Closing and negotiating sales, providing quotes, and meeting sales targets
• Must possess sound judgment and have good business sense
• Previous electrical equipment experience or the aptitude to learn quickly
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
