Location: Spitzer Buick GMC Parma

Spitzer Buick GMC in Parma is looking for passionate team members who want to deliver a high level of service to our customers, while growing their career at a top regional employer. The Service Advisor is responsible for selling, identifying and documenting service, maintenance, and repair service for customers as well as being responsible for scheduling service to be performed. While you take care of our customers, we will take care of you! Essential job function and responsibilities include working with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance, performing road tests of customer vehicles, advising customers of necessary/suggested services, offering additional services and repairs to customers, computing cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer, estimating cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs, entering itemized estimate on service order and explaining estimate to customer, scheduling appointments with customer, maintaining CSI at or above designated standards, meeting dealership's standards for repair/order production, following Safeguards rules and regulations, and other related duties as assigned.

Position requirements include a successful track record, strong record of positive CSI results, team oriented, submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test, valid driver's license with good driving record, outgoing, upbeat personality with excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter who is internally motivated to achieve established performance goals, reliable transportation and attendance, and must be authorized to work in the United States.
