Auto service Writer Advisor or Trainee

We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Service Writer / Advisor who's passionate about customer satisfaction, performance, and teamwork. If you love helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Write accurate repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians
• Track and improve KPIs (sales goals, labor hours, closing rates, CSI)
• Educate customers on maintenance and repair recommendations
• Ensure every customer leaves confident, informed, and satisfied

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Writer / Advisor
• Willing to train the right individual who possesses a customer first attitude
• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
• Dynamic, motivated, and hospitality-driven personality

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
