About

We are looking for a proactive, resourceful Sales Development Representative to support our client’s global B2B SaaS sales team. You will handle inbound and outbound outreach for the auditing & accounting SaaS product across different countries, qualify prospects, and book meetings for sales executives. Strong English communication skills are essential in order to match the high level of detail and precision expected by auditing and accounting professionals. You do not need deep technical product knowledge, but you must be able to understand the key differences between product versions across different regions and communicate them clearly to prospects.
Responsibilities
Reach out to inbound leads from English-speaking markets (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hongkong) via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Qualify leads against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and basic business needs.
Understand and apply regional differences in the software when speaking with prospects.
Use discovery questions to confirm pain points, fit, and level of interest.
Book qualified meetings for sales executives and manage calendar invites.
Execute directed outbound campaigns (email, call, sequences) to target accounts and contact lists.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g. lead status, notes, follow-up tasks).
Follow approved scripts, email templates, and objection-handling guidelines.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for:
Qualified meetings booked (e.g. 20 per month)
Activity volumes (calls, emails, InMails)
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and common objections.
Attend key events across Asia and engage with senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
2+ years' experience in an SDR, inside sales, appointment-setting, or similar role
1+ year's experience in B2B SaaS sales
Experience in a fintech, especially accounting and auditing, environments (preferred)
Native-level or near-native English communication skills
Confident phone presence and strong email-writing skills
Comfortable working with CRMs and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar)
Able to quickly understand and explain key product features and regional differences
Strong attention to detail when logging activities and updating records
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a metrics-based environment
Reliable internet connection and suitable home-working environment for making calls
Flexibility to travel and support key events across Asia, maintaining a professional appearance and conduct at all times, confidently representing the client’s brand.
