Work Schedule Full‑time, remote. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Central Time).
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective legal clients.
Build rapport and trust through empathetic, professional communication.
Convert qualified leads into retained clients through consultative selling.
Follow up consistently with prospective clients to improve conversion rates.
Accurately document calls, notes, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with attorneys and intake staff.
Maintain availability and responsiveness during Central Time working hours.
Qualifications
2+ years of proven experience in consultative sales.
Strong closing skills in high‑trust or high‑empathy environments such as legal, healthcare, or financial services.
Fluency in English (C1+).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace.
Availability to work full‑time during U.S. Central Time business hours.
Compensation $9 to $11 per hour + performance bonuses.
Languages Required Fluent English (C2+).
Location This position is remote in Mexico.
