Assistant Nurse Manager

Methodist Health System seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for our Emergency Department. This role supports daily clinical operations, staff supervision, and patient flow to ensure safe, high-quality, and compassionate emergency care. The Assistant Nurse Manager collaborates with physicians, nurses, and support staff, assists with scheduling, mentoring, and performance feedback, and helps implement evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with emergency or critical care experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to integrity, collaboration, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
