A leading partner in health plan administration is seeking an experienced Lead Systems Engineer to join the team supporting numerous platforms integrations powering the whole environment. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Partner with internal teams and customers to analyze and clarify business requirements, develop test plans, and deliver system enhancements and defect fixes that improve product performance and utilization.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to ensure accurate and timely claims processing.
Support partners in estimating effort and design solutions and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency and productivity.
Provide support for both test (model office) and production environments, including monitoring system health, workload balance, and issue resolution.
Manage and review assigned CSR workloads to ensure timely completion and prevent backlog or aging work items.
Produce ad-hoc reports to support analysis, research, recovery efforts, and post-implementation validation of system changes.
Develop and code system changes in accordance with approved technical designs and established coding standards.
Promote code through appropriate environments and validate results through post‑deployment monitoring.
4 years of experience across all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, application development, testing, and implementation.
4 years of customer‑facing experience, partnering with customers and end users to deliver technical solutions
4 years of experience serving as a technical lead on projects, including providing guidance, oversight, and mentoring to other system engineers
Significant experience supporting, managing, and enhancing Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages).
Proficient in all phases of system development life cycles and knowledgeable of disciplined project management methodologies
Significant experience supporting Planview, Paylocity, and similar enterprise platforms.
