Identify and research target accounts, decision‑makers, and key influencers in the healthcare technology market. Generate qualified meetings and opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and event participation. Craft compelling messages that resonate with healthcare executives, clinicians, and technology leaders. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to coordinate campaigns, track performance, and refine outreach strategies. Represent Cordea at trade shows, conferences, and networking events. Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot). Stay current on healthcare industry trends and technology developments to strengthen prospect conversations. Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or sales/business development. Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging new contacts and handling objections. Demonstrated success in generating engagement, meetings, or pipeline opportunities. Detail‑oriented and organized with strong follow‑through. Resilient, self‑motivated, and eager to take ownership of results. Experience with event planning, trade shows, or coordinating marketing/sales events. Familiarity with healthcare systems, payers, or provider groups. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Experience with SaaS, cloud, or digital health platforms.
