In this role, you will manage the overall solution development process and ensure there is integration both within and across functions and business units. As Associate Director, Solution Design, you will manage team members and step in as necessary to ensure quality control and provide guidance and leadership to the team. You will: Responsibilities
Manage opportunity activation, clearly communicating with the Syneos One Design team and business units to design an initial solution Quality check work throughout the solution development process Participate in virtual and live customer presentations and document any follow-up actions Navigate internal processes and customer needs to facilitate the development of contracts, work orders, and other legal documents Keep all key stakeholders updated on opportunity status, including customer decision timing and outstanding actions Onboard team members and transfer customer relationships to ensure smooth hand-off of the solution to the delivery teams Lead weekly operations meetings where resources are assigned to opportunities and special projects Qualifications
7+ years’ relevant work experience in the life sciences or consulting industry Program and project management experience Management consulting or services company experience (e.g., CRO, CCO) Willingness to travel ~25% Master’s degree or higher (MBA, MS, MPH, MHA) PMP certification The annual base salary range and eligibility for commissions/bonus will be confirmed during the interview process and vary based on qualifications, skills, and role requirements.
