What's it all about?
  • Provide application-based knowledge to support our customers
    - Prepare and execute presentations for Events, Trainings, Workshops, Webinars, etc.
    - Conduct onsite and online Trainings and technical Demonstrations
    - Proactively Participate at exhibitions, conferences and user meetings
    - Publish and support scientific papers, application notes, and marketing material
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for our customers
  • Work closely together with our international marketing and sales team and support with technical inquiries.
  • Act as knowledge provider and interface within the organization
    - Provide customer feedback within the organization
    - Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our products and services
  • Work with reporting and strategic development tools: MS Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerBI Analytics, Cloud and AI Tools...

What are we looking for?
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering from a technical college or university (or equivalent qualification)
  • Experience in protection systems incl. basics of IEC 61850 is a plus
  • Fluency in Polish and good English skills
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work across processes and structures
  • Passion for new technologies, innovation, and continuous improvement
