Responsibilities
Confidently discuss and close high‑ticket retainers
Meet with scheduled prospects in person and by phone/video
Present the firm’s legal services clearly and persuasively
Collaborate with attorneys and intake staff for smooth client onboarding
Track leads, calls, and conversions in our CRM
Participate in weekly training and sales coaching sessions
Qualifications
Fluent in English (C2+)
2+ years of sales closing experience
Empathetic communicator able to speak with warmth and confidence to clients in emotionally vulnerable situations
Organized and self‑driven; manage time well, follow up without being told, and consistently hit goals
Comfortable working from home in a professional environment
Compensation $9–$11 hourly plus base salary and performance bonuses.
The position is remote in Mexico.
