About the Role As a QA Analyst on the KSM team, you will play a key role in validating the functionality, reliability, and performance of Keeper Secrets Manager, including its web applications, SDKs, and integration components. You will work closely with software engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams to execute test plans, report defects, and help ensure KSM meets high quality and security standards. This role is well‑suited for a technically curious QA professional with an interest in cloud platforms, APIs, DevOps workflows, and secure software systems.
Responsibilities
Execute functional, integration, regression, and UI testing for KSM web applications, SDKs, and integrations
Test KSM workflows across cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC) scenarios
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand requirements and define test cases
Report, track, and communicate defects clearly using Jira or similar tracking tools
Support automated testing efforts by contributing test cases and working with existing automation frameworks
Validate expected security‑related behaviors and access controls within KSM workflows
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and overall product reliability
Requirements
3+ years of experience in QA, software testing, or a related role
Familiarity with web applications, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and DevOps workflows
Experience with manual testing and a foundational understanding of automated testing concepts
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira)
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to document findings clearly
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Due to the role’s involvement in GovCloud, all applicants must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident)
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to scripting or automation languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go)
Experience testing APIs, SDKs, developer tools, or third‑party integrations
Familiarity with security or compliance‑focused environments (e.g., SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001)
Experience working with containerized or orchestrated environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
