About

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Design Systems to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead initiatives at the intersection of scalable technology, AI-enabled capabilities, and business transformation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $152,000 – $190,000 annually
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a vision and roadmap for the design system aligned with company strategy
Build and scale systems that optimize the design and development lifecycle
Partner with Engineering and Product leads to integrate the design system into development workflows
Lead adoption of technologies, including AI-driven workflows, to enhance system effectiveness
Mentor a team of designers to align business objectives with their growth
Act as a link between teams to unify product experience and elevate technical standards
Evolve design systems documentation as a single source of truth
Qualifications
7+ years in Product Design or UX Design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of leading design systems initiatives for enterprise or B2B SaaS organizations
Strong ability to balance long-term platform transformation with immediate design needs
Passion for systematic, modularized problem-solving and scaling design operations
Solid technical understanding of user interfaces; experience or interest in UX engineering and AI-assisted design
Exceptional communication and partnership-building skills
Desire to cultivate a culture of design excellence and continuous learning
