Key Responsibilities Execute territory sales plans and exceed quotas Develop a robust pipeline of healthcare professionals Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to booking revenue Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, manufacturing representatives, and internal team members Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed expectations Systems & Operations: Develop competency with systems to manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Track and manage sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems Maintain accurate records and documentation for all sales processes Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience Experience selling in the diabetes or DME space preferred Proven success in a quota-carrying inside sales role Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred Skills Sales pipeline and account management Strong relationship development and emotional intelligence Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Highly adaptable and team-focused Competitive salary and commission-based incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and holidays 401(k) with company match Opportunities for growth within the sales team
