EXB Solutions (a Quest Defense Systems and Solutions company) is growing and seeking Engineers. We are a leader in innovation, solving mission-critical challenges with over 25 years of expertise. This role is remote with travel for onsite MOPS testing. Join our engineering team to be involved in the most critical stages of the systems life cycle, from prototype engineering testing to system qualification testing. You will be responsible for creating qualification plans and procedures, executing qualification tests, writing qualification test reports, providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues, and driving improvements in our qualification processes. Key Responsibilities
Perform avionics testing in accordance with environmental requirements and Minimum Operational Performance Standards (MOPS). Perform Fast Load and ACAS X optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex engineering problems. Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications
Experience working with DO-160 and/or Mil-STD environmental requirements. Experience evaluating MOPS such as DO-385, DO-185 or DO-260C. Knowledge of software development life cycle. Test Procedure and Test Report writing experience. MOPS Testing (Minimum Operating Performance Standards). High preference for Systems knowledge/experience with any/all. DO-185 TCAS II (Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System II). DO-260C ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast). Why EXB Solutions
