ThreatDown is looking for.. A Manager, Sales Analytics to report to the VP of Sales Operations. In this role, you would be responsible for all sales reporting and pipeline health. This individual will report on sales trends to assist sales leaders and help formulate actionable insights. This person will collaborate with sales leaders to manage accurate forecasting and help identify solutions to improve productivity and efficiency. The Senior Manager will ensure data integrity for consistent reporting accuracy.
Compensation Range $120 - 135K
What You Will Do
Own and deliver end-to-end sales analytics and reporting usingPower BI, Snowflake, Excel, and Salesforce, covering pipeline health, forecast accuracy, quota attainment, and revenue performance
Own the ELT, Board, and PE related reporting cycles for Sales and Marketing
Drive AOP and annual Quota setting processes
Manage the performance, adoption, and maintenance for an extensive set of datasets, reporting apps, and specialty reporting products
Drive continuous improvement by automating recurring analyses, enhancing AI-assisted insights, and optimizing analytical workflows
Leadforecasting and planning processes, including pipeline reviews, territory performance analysis, and revenue projections
Play a key operational role as central pivot for data and reporting that feeds other functions within RevOps
Ensuredata integrity across CRM, data warehouse, and BI tools by defining standards,monitoringdata quality, and resolving discrepancies
Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to assess the impact of process changes, system updates, and new initiatives on reporting and analytics
Manageand mentor a team of sales analysts, providing coaching, prioritization, and career development support
Monitor, troubleshoot, and remediate data pipeline issues, ensuring data reliability and minimizing operational impact
Skills You’ll Need to Have
4-5+ years of in-depth Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Finance, Sales Operations experience
Advanced hands‑on skill with Power BI (preferred), Snowflake/SQL and Salesforce, including data modeling, querying, and dashboard development
Proven capability leading forecasting and planning processes
Deep experience tracing discrepancies end‑to‑end to identify root causes and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve
Management experience leading and developing analytics teams
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills; ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner
Analytical and problem‑solving skills
Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
