We’re looking to build our US sales team and as a key part of building out this team we’re hiring an SDR to focus on outbound & inbound lead generation and qualification. The Sales Development Representative will predominantly generate and qualify outbound leads, as well as qualify any US based marketing generated inbound leads and connect them with the right salesperson. You
spend the
majority of your time prospecting North American based cold accounts via a multi-channel approach, setting yourself up for the next step in your sales career. Spend 90% of your time driving top-of-funnel outbound lead generation within North America for the Sales team, this an essential part of the role, predominantly led by Cold Calling & LinkedIn initiatives. Qualify and convert North American based inbound leads as they come in via our website. Own your territory: This role will be focused on targeting the North Eastern Corridor with accounts based in Healthcare, Education and Contract Catering. Prospect new potential customers via outbound channels
(cold calling , email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Vidyard, etc). Book discovery calls and demos with qualified leads for the wider Sales team. Deliver customer demos where appropriate. Keep Salesforce up to date with all activity, pipeline, and opportunity data. Consistently hit or exceed your monthly quota for qualified opportunities. Build strong product knowledge and communicate our value proposition clearly. Apply the MEDDIC methodology throughout your sales process. Career Progression and Development

1 - 2 years SDR or Sales experience. Hungry to learn & grow in the role. A passion for outbound lead generation. Either arrive confident in generating qualifying and new business or show you're hungry to level up fast. Experience building a successful personal brand through social media media channels. To be passionate about Nutritics and bring that enthusiasm to work daily. We want you to be focused on quality delivery and doing an excellent job that you can take pride in. Fluent spoken and written English. Previous experience in Foodservice and/or nutrition is an advantage but not essential. Most Importantly

Nutritics provides a range for base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience and geographic location. The salary compensation for this role is $50,000 - $60,000. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance. Our weekly hours of work are 40 covering Monday to Friday. Remote, based in the US (North East Corridor preferred). Travel: a small amount of regional travel will be required to attend conferences, training and meet with team members. Some client related travel may be required from time to time.
