Ops/Delivery Manager
to lead and scale our offshore delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building systems, creating accountability, and ensuring client work is delivered on time and profitably. You’ll partner with leadership to design and run processes that make our agency run like a well‑oiled machine.
Mission Build and run scalable, profitable operations that protect margins.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor offshore team members; ensure high‑quality delivery and career growth.
Build and maintain SOPs, workflows, and QA systems.
Ensure time tracking, utilization, and resource allocation are accurate and consistent.
Oversee offshore promotions and career paths with structured development.
Report weekly/monthly on profitability, delivery metrics, and team performance.
Partner with leadership to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
Success Metrics
Gross margin % maintained or improved quarter over quarter.
Offshore team utilization targets achieved consistently.
Ideal Background
5+ years of operations/project management experience, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
Skilled in systems, processes, and efficiency improvements.
Comfortable managing distributed offshore teams.
Strong communicator who can balance accountability with support.
Location
Flexible, but must have experience managing offshore teams across multiple time zones.
