About
excess of $3 million dollars in first year of employment in all
categories, including but not limited to: fireplaces, outdoor
kitchens/grills, fireplace surrounds/mantles, and firepits/burner tables. Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned
customer base, including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with
our products and services. Monitor sales trends and product performance results. Maintain excellent customer service through all interactions. Continually enhance sales skills and product
knowledge to promote a professional image in the field. Work with other internal departments to ensure great
customer service from the order to the installation and beyond throughout the entirety of projects. Review architectural drawings and specifications to
be able to best assist with builder needs. Document all aspects of any given project through
contracts, change orders, sales orders, purchase orders, order
acknowledgements, submittals, emails and/or other forms of correspondence. Be Solutions-Focused; as complex problems arise, find
a way to best serve the customer and resolve these issues in a timely
manner. Continually nurture relationships through constant
client communication, including phone, email, and jobsite visits. Determine realistic but efficient project schedules
and deadlines and adequately adhere to these dates. Work to stay within budget while providing material
within the project scope. Attend local tradeshows to continue to network and
promote the Dealers Wholesale brand. Required Experience/ Skills 2+ years of sales experience Self-motivated, detail-oriented, ability to
multi-task, solutions-focused A strong sales presence, with an emphasis on building
relationships and consultative selling Product or vendor knowledge, or the ability to
quickly learn it Outstanding communication, time management, and
organizational skills Uphold high value for customer service relationships Exemplify Integrity, Passion, and Professionalism Preferred Experience/ Skills Extensive knowledge within the construction division
is strong advantage Previous experience in the hearth industry or outdoor
living space Total Rewards Salary Range: $45,000-$49,000 plus earned commission Commission eligible position Benefits Packages available Professional skills development and leadership training offered
