Develop and own reporting and insights focused on customer activation and retention Conduct in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for optimizing customer experience and inform business strategy Build automated reports and dashboards to evaluate business performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in a relevant product, data, or analytics role, preferably in consumer technology Expert experience in SQL and building data abstractions; experience with dbt is a plus Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Lightdash, Mode, or Looker Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a quantitative field strongly preferred Self-starter with a passion for using data to drive impact for customers and the business
