We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Magento Developer to join our busy parts team to maintain and develop our existing Parts Website. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate!
*Duckworth Motor Group *is a family-owned automotive business serving Lincolnshire community for over 60 years. With expansion on the horizon and multiple locations we have a dedicated team of over 200 professionals, who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and offering a wide range of vehicles and automotive services.
This role can either be based at our Market Rasen or Boston site, depending on the candidate's location.
This is a varied role and duties will include:
* Managing and updating the website on a day-to-day basis, managing the product library to ensure full availability for customers.
* Managing SEO to ensure that we rank highly on relevant search engines.
* Ensuring that the website is free from errors and downtime, debugging and ensuring minimal downtime of any relevant page.
* Managing Google adwords and analytics.
* Working with the supplier of our stock system to ensure compatibility when linking to the website.
* Photos of stock items and maintaining the stock system.
* Liaising with our IT providers to solve other IT issues which may arise.
*Skills and knowledge requirements:*
* Front end experience of using Magento 2. Back end and development experience also advantageous.
* Portfolio / certification would be beneficial.
* Keen eye for detail.
* HTML5 understanding would be helpful.
* Competent with all aspects of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Wordpress and photo editing.
* Able to take and edit photos to a good standard.
* Self-motivated to work independently.
* Good communication skills to discuss ideas with the Directors and areas for improving the site.
* Able to adapt to the changing needs of the business.

We will offer a salary in the region of £35,000 a year based upon your experience and the additional benefits that your skills and knowledge will be able to bring the business over and above the core tasks listed above.
