Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer with a strong background in system engineering principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in system design, integration, and implementation, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of system architecture, requirements analysis, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of system architectures that meet project requirements and specifications.
Conduct requirements analysis and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with software developers, hardware engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems.
Perform system testing and validation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Document system designs, processes, and procedures for future reference.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance system performance and reliability.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong knowledge of system engineering principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in system design and architecture.
Experience with requirements analysis and management.
Familiarity with system integration and testing processes.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
Experience in a telecommunications or technology focused environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
7 10 years of relevant experience in system engineering.
Professional certifications in system engineering (e.g., INCOSE) are a plus.
