In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being./ppThis position operates in a clinical healthcare environment./ppResponsibilities:/pulliAssist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene./liliHelp residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely./liliTake and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates./liliAccurately document all care provided, changes in residents conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records./liliReport any changes in residents conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner./liliAssist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents quality of life./liliFollow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents./liliWork closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliPrevious experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred./liliAbility to lift and move residents, as well as perform physical tasks associated with patient care./liliCurrent CNA certification in Nebraska required./li/ulpBenefits:/pulliMedical/liliDental/liliVision/lili401K/liliPTO Plan Vacation, Sick Holiday/li/ul/div
