Utility

Conagra Brands is looking for a Utility worker to join our growing team! You will support production of the Kernels line and microwave production lines.You will work onsite at our plant in Rensselaer, Indiana and report to a Team Lead. Known as "The Popcorn Plant", our Rensselaer Plant produces Orville Redenbacher Popcorn and Act II Popcorn for consumers across the world!

Starting Pay: $17.50/hour

Schedule: Part-time/Flexible Schedule

Hours: Under 30 hours a week

Location: Located at 750 E Drexel Pkwy, Rensselaer, IN 47978.

Essential Functions:

·Place pouches on conveyor belt

·Dump dumpsters and recycle bins

·Stack off product from the lines

·Clean and sweep

·Rework product

·Stock lines with materials

·Complies with safety rules and regulations

·Cooperates / assists co-workers as required

Education and Experience:

·High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred but not required.

·1 year of experience in a manufacturing facility preferred

Qualifications:

·Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

·Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment Requirements:

·You will work in a manufacturing environment with varying conditions including noise, hot, cold, and dust.
