divh2Brand Ambassador Opportunity/h2pIDTs Retail division is looking for Brand Ambassadors (BA). IDT is a leading communications and financial services company looking for enthusiastic and energetic Brand Ambassadors./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliMaintaining a close relationship with retailers that sell the companys retail products./liliEnsuring that each retailer/store has the most updated branding, promotions, and training materials./liliThe Brand Ambassador ensures that the retailer has all new products, assists with filling applications, and manages any type of claims or requests that might come from the retailers owners or staff./liliBrand Ambassadors may open new direct IDT branded stores and sell to unattended retailers if requested by the Company./li/ulpMore specifically, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:/pulliVisiting retailers/stores on a daily basis/liliMaintain the POP material placement for all products and distribute new POP material/liliCollect key information by doing specific surveys for different products/liliIDT product sales (Hard Cards, Boss Revolution, POS, Merchant Services, Cash Advance, etc)/liliCompletion of Financial Service Applications (Money Transfer, Bill Payment, etc)./liliIntroduce new products to our retailers/liliResearch information about competitors offerings and new products/liliCreate reports with the findings of each daily route and analyze data in order to offer recommendations/liliEducate retailers regarding procedures, selling techniques, and general information about the products or special promotions/liliReport stores that have low inventory or low balances./liliParticipate in events and in-store promotions./liliPush and find leads for all our retail product lines./liliUse our CRM to update and maintain the information and pictures of our retailers./li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliProven work experience in a relevant role, including as an account manager/liliBilingual professionals with fluency in both English and Spanish are preferred/liliMust be prepared to go door-to-door visiting customers./liliBasic computer skills comfortable using tablet and Bluetooth equipment/liliAbility to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels/liliProven ability to multitask while maintaining sharp attention to detail./liliAuthorized to work for all US employers./liliMust have a valid drivers license and a car (IDT offers a mileage and gas reimbursement program)./li/ulh3We Offer You/h3ulliHourly rate of $15.00/ hour + the ability to earn commissions./liliMileage and gas reimbursement program./liliOn-the-job training and a dynamic work environment./liliExcellent and competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k)./li/ulpAbout us: IDT is a Communications and Money Transfer company founded in 1990 and headquartered in Newark, New Jersey.
