divh2Restorative CNA/h2pWe are seeking a compassionate and dependable Restorative CNA to support residents in maintaining or improving their highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. The Restorative CNA works closely with nursing staff and therapy teams to implement restorative care programs that promote independence, mobility, and quality of life./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliAssist residents with restorative nursing programs as directed by licensed nurses and therapy staff/liliSupport residents with ambulation, range-of-motion exercises, transfers, positioning, and mobility activities/liliEncourage residents to participate in activities that maintain independence in daily living skills/liliMonitor and document residents progress, participation, and changes in condition/liliAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding as needed/liliMaintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations/liliObserve safety protocols and infection control procedures at all times/liliCommunicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members/liliProvide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care/liliAssist with maintaining clean and organized resident care areas/li/ulpQualifications/pulliActive CNA certification in good standing/liliPrevious restorative nursing or long-term care experience preferred/liliKnowledge of restorative care techniques and safe patient handling practices/liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills/liliAbility to work collaboratively with healthcare teams/liliCompassionate, patient, and dependable attitude/liliAbility to lift, move, and assist residents safely/li/ul/div
