We are looking for a rock star service advisor, two - three years dealership experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Establish follow up time
• Communication skills
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Requirements:

• Two - three years dealership experience is highly preferred
• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
• Great attitude, honesty, ethical with the highest of integrity
• Previous customer service experience
• Above average energy level
• A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
• Personal and professional integrity
