Join our dynamic team of highly motivated engineers to design and develop embedded software components for the Body Control System. This role is crucial for the consistent on-time delivery of high-quality and functioning device driver code.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)
5 years of embedded software experience, preferably in Body Control Systems
Strong programming skills in C and experience with Embedded C, MATLAB Simulink, and Stateflow
3 years of experience developing Proof-of-Concept applications for automotive ECUs
2 years of experience working in an agile environment
Prior work experience in the automotive industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)
Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker
Experience with Jenkins and GitHub actions
Experience in AUTOSAR methodology and workflows
Embedded software development experience on Linux platform
Good knowledge of safety systems, ISO26262, ASIL A-D
Day-to-Day Responsibilities (Key tasks and expectations for the role)
Design and develop embedded software components
Analyze feature-level requirements and create functional specifications
Program, debug, and modify using high-level languages such as C and Python
Work with architecture and validation teams to create reusable software components
Perform code-level integration tasks, including source code debugging and deployment streamlining
Collaborate with development and project managers to align on CI/CD pipelines for product variant releases
