Join our dynamic design team as a key contributor responsible for developing design concepts and producing 2D and 3D deliverables. You will support the development of structural models in Revit or other design software for advanced technology manufacturing environments, including semiconductor fabrication and support facilities. This role requires managing your workload independently, taking ownership of your work, and maintaining strong attention to detail. Responsibilities
Develop 3D structural models based on verbal instructions or rough sketches.
Produce complete drawings or portions of drawing sets for assigned scope.
Apply department and client standards consistently with normal review and feedback.
Take ownership of assigned scope within defined direction and project requirements.
Verify the completeness and accuracy of your work prior to submission.
Support coordination with related disciplines as required for assigned scope.
Participate in coordination, QA/QC, BIM, or similar processes as assigned.
Support team coordination and contribute to group task execution within assigned scope.
Execute tasks independently after initial direction without step-by-step instruction for routine work.
Seek guidance and clarification when scope, standards, or direction are unclear.
Support team members by addressing needs.
Advance design automation skills and embrace emerging technologies.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment and uphold a Culture of Care.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completed coursework in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design.
Minimum of 2 years drafting/design experience in the structural field.
Minimum of 1 year Revit experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting or equivalent.
3 years of Revit experience.
Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam.
Experience designing traditional steel and concrete structures.
Experience with general industrial facilities, preferably semiconductor-related.
