WE FUEL UPTIME. Position Summary
The MEMO Sales Process Integration serves as the primary point of contact between M&D Distributors and MEMO, as well as other M&D-affiliated companies. This role is responsible for supporting product inquiries, order tracking, looking up lead-times, and general communication related to MEMO products. The position requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, good communicator via written & verbal and a team-oriented mindset to support internal teams efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Act as the liaison between M&D Distributors, MEMO, and other M&D companies. Develop and maintain proficiency in MEMO e-commerce platform and internal web portal. Develop and maintain proficiency in Prelude, TheDieselStore.com and Salesforce Research, identify, and quote MEMO parts and related products for: Branch Managers Inside Sales Teams Outside Sales Representatives Other M&D companies Provide accurate and timely information on product availability, specifications, and alternatives. Retrieve and communicate order status, tracking numbers, and shipment updates. Respond to general inquiries regarding MEMO products and services. Support internal teams by handling requests promptly and efficiently. Maintain organized records and ensure clear communication across departments. Consistent in follow-ups when needed. Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed to support team objectives. Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Diesel Engine Parts background a plus. Customer Service &/or Sales experience a plus. Ability to work extended hours in an office environment. Occasional light lifting may be required. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Willingness to take initiative and assist with a wide range of tasks. Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening. Fosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment. Work Environment
In office (not remote) Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and adaptability. Prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on a computer. Ability to lift, move, and carry objects to 15 lbs.
