What You’ll Do
Strategic Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain long‑term partnerships with key decision‑makers across commercial sectors.
End-to-End Sales Execution:
Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales lifecycle—from initial outreach and discovery to closing and post‑sale support.
Expert Consultative Selling:
Analyze agency requirements to provide tailored product recommendations and training solutions.
Product Demonstrations:
Lead high‑impact demonstrations (virtual, on‑site, or at our facility) to showcase the advantages of simulation‑based training.
Technical Proficiency:
Maintain a deep understanding of the entire product line, including the capabilities and customization options for COTS (Commercial Off‑The‑Shelf) solutions.
Market Presence:
Represent the company at regional and national trade shows and industry events to expand our market reach.
Reporting & Strategy:
Participate in weekly strategy meetings to provide detailed pipeline updates and collaborate with Department Heads on new product developments.
What We Provide
Total Compensation:
Competitive base salary of $50k + commission structure with an opportunity to earn $100k+.

Requirements What You Bring
Experience:
Proven track record in outside sales, ideally within the defense, tactical equipment, or government procurement sectors.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience working with public safety or law enforcement agencies is highly preferred.
Communication:
Exceptional presentation and relationship‑building skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
Drive:
Self‑motivated and organized, with the ability to manage a high‑volume territory independently.
Mobility:
Must be able to travel extensively across Southern Texas (up to 100% travel required).
Compliance:
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Technical Skills & Proficiency
Systems Integration:
Ability to set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot simulation hardware, including laser‑based tracking systems, projectors, and specialized recoil‑equipped training tools.
Software Competency:
Proficiency in navigating proprietary simulation software and basic Windows/PC troubleshooting to ensure seamless performance during presentations.
Tactical Knowledge:
Understanding of marksmanship fundamentals and tactical training scenarios to provide credible, "peer‑to‑peer" guidance to law enforcement and military personnel.
Logistics Management:
Experience in transporting and maintaining sensitive electronic equipment during high‑frequency travel.
