Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs, ADL retraining, and assistive devices preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of recent PTA clinical experience preferred.
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift Hours: 08:3016:30.
- Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (VMS Contract Weeks).
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week (VMS Guaranteed Hours).
