Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs, ADL retraining, and assistive devices preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of recent PTA clinical experience preferred.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift Hours: 08:3016:30.
• Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (VMS Contract Weeks).
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week (VMS Guaranteed Hours).
