About
We are looking for a builder with a true hunter mentality. This is a ground-floor opportunity to own the Harrisburg market, navigate a complex healthcare landscape, and install our care model as the gold standard for families in need.
We don't care if your background is in medical sales, high-volume BDR work, or if you're a former clinician looking to transition into a high-stakes business role. What we do care about is grit, self-discipline, and the ability to simplify complexity. If you are a relentless problem-solver who isn't afraid to knock on doors and build a territory from scratch, we want to talk to you.

Intellectual Curiosity: Healthcare is complex (prior auths, acuity, ADLs). You don't need to know these terms on Day 1, but you must have the capacity to learn them quickly and speak the language of a clinician with confidence.
Operational Rigor: You understand that "if it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen." You have a disciplined daily cadence and a high degree of self-accountability.
Resilience: You are energized by the word "No." You understand that building a new market requires high activity and persistent follow-up.
Local Roots: You currently reside in the Harrisburg area and are ready to be in the field daily. Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Our ValuesFamilies First Redefining healthcare starts with how we treat the parents and children we serve. We go above and beyond for every family, building strong, lasting relationships. We continually ask ourselves, "Would we want this for our own families?"
Urgency with Precision Millions of families are waiting for care, and they cannot wait, therefore this is not your typical 9 to 5 job. We match their urgency with our own, delivering exceptional care without compromise. Here, speed and excellence go hand in hand.
Relentlessly Resourceful As an ambitious startup, we adapt quickly and make the most of limited time and resources. We solve challenges with creativity to deliver results without unnecessary complexity.
Purpose with Positivity We take our mission seriously while never losing sight of the people behind the work. Respect, kindness, memes, and coffee make us stronger as a team and better for the families we serve.
Driven to Redefine What's Possible We are here to make healthcare better, which means asking hard questions, challenging outdated systems, and finding smarter, more compassionate ways to deliver care.
