LLM experience with drifting, inference, RAG, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience of leading office hours, solving user problems via slack channels, L1-L2 support, etc.
Enterprise AI landscape experience
Python/Java experience.
AWS, Kubernetes, Docker experience.
8+ years of experience
