About

As a Backend Engineer, you will pursue exciting AI features while ensuring our recording pipeline remains bug-free. You will be one of the first 5 engineering hires, so your contributions will have an enormous and long-lasting impact. We are leveraging large language models to proactively provide sales reps with feedback, and your contributions will be essential to fulfilling that vision.
You Will:
Hack proofs or concept for rapid, fail-fast, experiments, especially using large language models, to progress towards our ultimate goal of deploying a world-class AI coach.
Transform successful proofs of concept into reliable, fast, and modular systems for production deployment.
Monitor, and improve the reliability and security of our recording transcription and data pipeline.
Architect and assemble flexible, composable integrations and APIs to more deeply embed us in our users workflows, strengthen our partnerships, and widen our business moat.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Node.JS.
10 years of software engineering experience.
4 years of developer experience.
2+ years of backend experience.
2+ years of experience with Typescript & JavaScript.
Experience with cloud computing.
Willing to work 3 days/week in the office (we're in Manhattan).
Nice to Have:
Experience with natural language processing, large language models.
Experience at a company with
Founding Engineer Experience.
Worked at a company with
Blue-Chip experience (e.g., Stanford grad or Netflix Engineer).
