Hands-on expertise with ETL/data pipelines
Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks

Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Performance optimization and data quality management
