Junior Title Sales Representative
A well established and growing title company in Cape Coral, Florida is seeking a Junior Title Sales Representative to join its team. This position is designed as a growth opportunity for someone looking to build a long term career in title sales and client relationship management. The selected candidate will initially support and manage existing lower volume client accounts, with a clear path to developing a full sales territory.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with title, escrow, processing, or agency sales experience who is interested in transitioning into a client facing sales role.
Responsibilities
• Manage and service assigned real estate agents, brokerages, and industry partners with lower current order volume • Build and maintain strong relationships to increase client loyalty and order activity • Conduct regular client visits, follow ups, and relationship building activities • Provide education and support regarding title services, processes, and closing procedures • Assist senior sales representatives by managing and retaining smaller producing accounts • Identify opportunities to grow business within assigned client base • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings • Track client activity, relationship development, and business opportunities • Maintain knowledge of company services, products, and market trends
Qualifications
• Previous experience working for a title company is strongly preferred • Experience as a Title Closer, Title Processor, Escrow Assistant, Escrow Officer, or Title Agency Sales professional is highly desired • Bilingual Spanish and English strongly preferred • Strong relationship building and client service skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Self motivated with strong organizational skills • Interest in developing a long term career in title sales and business development • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
