Capacity planning, performance assessment of AWS RDS.
Strong Postgres/SQL Server DB administration experience in production environments.
Configuration and support of complex RDS Databases in AWS environment, Configuring and managing high availability, resiliency solutions leveraging Aurora.
Read replicas & Global Database.
Experience in managing multiple RDS, database versions on large systems.
Practical experience in monitoring.
Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices.
Sitting for extended periods of time.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse.
Physically able to participate and lead training sessions, presentations and/or meetings.
Reasoning and analyzing complex information.
Regularly required to talk and hear.
Overtime may be required to meet deadlines.
