Job Description:
Able to identify Original Equipment Manufacturer ( HPe, Dell, Lenovo ) hardware and their functionality.
Test hardware per OEM standard. Test Hardware boards.
Receive parts, test parts, test hardware boards. Must have knowledge to the component level.
Perform basic troubleshooting if a potential issue occurs during Q&A process.
Server experience.
Configuring ILO, IMM and IDRAC etc.
BIOS functionality.
DIMS experience.
