Job Description:
Strong experience in Digital Marketing data platforms and analytics solutions
Hands-on experience with MSBI and Database Administration (DBMS)
Experience working with Cosmos DB and Big Data platforms
Strong expertise in Azure and Microsoft data platforms
Experience designing and maintaining scalable and reliable data pipelines
Strong understanding of data quality, performance optimization, and operational readiness
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills
Experience in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery models
Knowledge of security, privacy, and data governance best practices
Own end-to-end delivery of data engineering solutions supporting the Xbox Marketing team by combining hands-on development, delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
Own end-to-end delivery of data engineering initiatives from requirements gathering through design, build, release, and support.
Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines using Azure and Microsoft data platforms.
Act as the primary engineering interface for business, analytics, and partner stakeholders
Drive clarity on project scope, timelines, dependencies, and trade-offs
Translate business and analytics requirements into technical designs, delivery plans, and effort estimates.
Lead execution of assigned workstreams while proactively managing risks and blockers
Ensure high standards for data quality, performance, reliability, and operational stability.
Provide hands-on development support and review designs and code produced by engineering teams
Guide sprint planning, prioritization, and backlog refinement activities
Support incident management, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data governance requirements.
Maintain proper technical and operational documentation.
