A "Full Stack" Analytics pro who acts as the bridge between Product/Business and Data Engineering.
The "Translator":
Must be able to sit with Product Managers to understand business metrics, then turn around and speak "Engineering" to the data team to get those metrics built.

ETL Expertise:
If they can write the transformation logic to hand off to Engineering, that's a huge win.
Tools:
AWS Glue, Genesys (Call Center data), or Adobe Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Heavy stakeholder management with Product teams.
Defining and understanding business metrics.
Providing transformation logic/requirements to the Data Engineering team.
Building end-to-end analytics solutions (from S3/Redshift to Tableau).
