Qualifications:

Extensive Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Experience: Over 5 years of hands-on experience with IGA solutions, including at least 2-3 years focused on SailPoint ISC.

Proven Expertise in Application Onboarding and Migration: Demonstrated experience leading a major migration project from a legacy IAM system (e.g., Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint Identity (IIQ)) to SailPoint ISC.
"
Strong IAM Foundation: A deep understanding of core Identity and Access Management principles, such as identity lifecycle management, access requests, access certification, and role engineering.
"
Leadership and Initiative: Ability to lead a technical workstream, make informed decisions, and mentor team members.
"
SailPoint Professional Certifications: Such as SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer.
"
Familiarity with Cloud Environments: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
"
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
"
Understanding of IAM and Governance Concepts: Knowledge of security controls and regulatory requirements related to access governance (e.g., SOX, NIST, ISO 27001).
