Long-Term Contract Assignment
We are currently hiring for a
Quality Assurance (QA) Associate
for a long-term contract opportunity with a well-established manufacturing facility in Orange, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, quality control experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine quality checks on products and materials throughout the production process
Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety procedures, and GMP regulations
Inspect finished products for accuracy, consistency, and defects
Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
Assist with investigations related to product quality issues and non-conformance reports
Communicate quality concerns to production and management teams
Support internal audits and help maintain regulatory compliance
Work closely with production staff to ensure quality standards are consistently met
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or manufacturing preferred
Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environments is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety guidelines
Basic computer and documentation skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional technical training is a plus
