Lead backend engineering efforts across design, development, testing, and deployment. Break down complex technical challenges into clear, actionable work for the team. Foster a collaborative environment where every engineer feels engaged and empowered. Partner closely with product and business stakeholders to understand the
why
behind what we build. Drive best practices in test automation, code quality, and system reliability. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers of varying experience levels. Contribute to architectural decisions and long‑term technical strategy. Explore and integrate AI‑driven capabilities where they add meaningful value. What You Bring

10+ years of backend engineering experience
with a track record of delivering production systems. Test automation expertise
